Reckna is built so that your financial data stays yours. This policy explains, plainly, what that means.

What we collect

Nothing. Reckna has no servers, no analytics, and no account system. We do not collect, transmit, see, or store your financial data or any personal information. The developer cannot access your data.

Where your data lives

The budgets, accounts, and transactions you enter are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync (part of Reckna Pro), that data is stored in your own private iCloud account and synced between your devices by Apple's iCloud. It is held in your private CloudKit database, which the developer cannot read. Your use of iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

No tracking, no ads, no sale

Reckna contains no advertising and no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs. We do not sell or share data, because we never have it.

Purchases

Reckna Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payments, subscription management, and any associated data are handled entirely by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive your payment details.

Data you export

You can export your data to CSV or a full backup file. Once exported, that file is under your control and outside Reckna; handle and store it as you see fit.

Children

Reckna is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
